Refund policy
At Zillion Rove, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every order. Please review our refund policy carefully:
- All sales are final.
- For any damaged products, we offer store credit. To request a return, text our customer care line at (972) 904-0808 with an explanation of your request, along with picture proof of the damage. The garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated or printed on. All claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.
- We do not offer exchanges. Please double-check the sizes, colors, and items in your cart before completing the purchase.
- We cannot modify or change existing orders. However, if your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it. Refunds for canceled orders may take 1-10 business days to process.
- If our policy does not meet your needs, you may text our customer care line at (972) 904-0808. In certain situations, we may provide refunds, subject to a 30% restocking fee.
